摘 要:采用电阻率测试、SEM、元素分析、孔隙率测试和电性能测试等手段,研究碱性锌锰电池正极中二氧化锰与导电碳的质量比(锰碳比)对电化学性能的影响。当锰碳比为21∶1时,碳分布最均匀,电池的综合性能最好。在确保电池容量没有明显衰减的前提下,可提高电池的大电流性能,双功率放电性能达到158次,相比于19∶1与23∶1时提升了13%。The effects of the mass ratio of manganese dioxide and conductive carbon(MnO_(2)/C ratio)in the cathode of alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) battery on the electrochemical performance were studied by means of resistivity test,SEM,elemental analysis,porosity test and electrical performance test.When the MnO _(2)/C ratio was 21∶1,the carbon distribution was the most uniform and the overall performance of the battery was the best.Under the premise of ensuring the battery capacity was not significantly attenuated,the heavy load performance of the battery could be improved,the dual-power discharge performance could reach 158 times,which was an increasing of 13%compared to 19∶1 and 23∶1.
