摘　　要：Based on a theoretical framework adapted from the theories of Itamar Even-Zohar,this paper puts the translation of Oscar Wilde’s works into the dynamic historical context of the Chinese cultural poly-system and attempts to explore which factors prompted Oscar Wilde’s works to be first introduced and translated into China.
