摘  要:基于分散控制的过程现场总线(Profibus-DP)技术通过通信方式实现设备的控制、诊断和报警,同时能够满足快速响应、对时间尺度要求严格的应用场合,因而被广泛地应用于制造业自动化、交通和电力等行业。以某火电厂Profibus-DP总线电气开关调试为基础开展研究,通过对Profibus-DP现场总线网段电气原理进行分析,讨论总线网段负载设备不同的连接方式,对网段设备及负载设备的电气特性进行测试分析,通过试验探究影响网段通信的几类因素及表征通信可靠性的典型图形,为Profibus-DP总线设备可靠运行及故障分析处理提供参考依据。Profibus-DP technology realizes the control,diagnosis and alarm of equipment by means of communication,and can meet the requirements of rapid response and strict time scale,so it is widely used in manufacturing automation,transportation,power and other industries.Based on the debug of Profibus-DP electrical switch in Thermal Power Plant,this paper analyzes the electrical principle of Profibus-DP field bus network segment,discusses the different connection modes of bus network segment load equipment,analyzes the electrical characteristics of network segment equipment and load equipment,and explores several factors influencing network segment communication through experiments and the typical graph characterizing communication reliability.It provides reference for reliable operation and fault analysis of Profibus-DP equipment.
