摘  要:针对目前列车牵引控制器数据分析可视化程度低、功能不完善的问题,开发了一种基于Labview的列车牵引控制器网络数据监视分析软件。通过模块化设计,实现了命令下发、程序下载、实时监控、动态故障与状态显示、静态故障分析、高速数据流文件存储和绘制实时趋势图等功能。通过CSV配置文件,实现对多种不同传输协议的列车牵引控制器网络数据的监控和分析。通过使用TCP/IP多线程技术以及同步技术,极大提高程序的运行效率和界面的友好性。测试实验表明,系统各项功能运行良好,通用性强,人机界面直观友好,有较好的容错机制和强大的数据可视化分析能力。Aiming at the problems of low visualization and imperfect functions of the current train TCU(Traction Control Unit)data analysis software,a train TCU network data monitoring and analysis software based on Lab VIEW was developed.Through modular design,functions such as command issuing,program downloading,real-time monitoring,dynamic fault and status display,static fault analysis,TDMS(Technical Data Management Streaming)storage,and real-time trend drawing are realized.Through the CSV configuration file,the software was also suitable for monitoring and analyzing TCUs with different transmission protocols.Through the use of TCP/IP multi-threading technology and synchronization technology,the operating efficiency of the program and the friendliness of the interface were greatly improved.Test experiments show that the system works well,and it has strong versatility,intuitive and friendly man-machine interface,good fault-tolerant mechanism and powerfu data visualization analysis capabilities.
