摘 要:将聚(氯乙烯-co-甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯)(PVD)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混,随后在60℃下用碘甲烷(CH_(3)I)对铸膜液中PVD的叔胺基团进行原位季铵化,通过非溶剂致相转化法(NIPS)制备出一种新型强荷正电PVC/PVD(M1)微滤膜,并制备出PVC(M0)微滤膜与之进行对比。表征了M0和M1的形貌、孔径、荷电性、亲水性和纯水通量等膜性能参数。用阳离子表面活性剂十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(STAC)胶束增强过滤去除溶液中微量Cr(Ⅵ)(Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-)),考查Cr(Ⅵ)浓度、pH值和氯化钠(NaCl)浓度对截留性能的影响。结果表明:M1膜胶束增强去除Cr(Ⅵ)的截留率接近100%。当Cr(Ⅵ)/STAC的物质的量比大于0.478时,随着Cr(Ⅵ)浓度的增加,M1去除Cr(Ⅵ)的截留率降低;pH值对M1截留Cr(Ⅵ)的影响不大;高浓度NaCl使M1对Cr(Ⅵ)的截留率降低。M1微滤膜在处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水方面具有潜在的发展前景。Poly(vinyl chloride-co-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)(PVD)was added into polyvinyl chloride(PVC)matrix,following with the tertiary amine groups of PVD in the casting solution in-situ quaternized by methyl iodide(CH_(3)I)at 60℃,then a novel strong positively charged PVC/PVD(M1)microfiltration membrane was prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)process.The PVC(M0)microfiltration membrane was also prepared and compared with M1.The morphologies,pore size,charge,hydrophilicity and pure water flux of M0 and M1 were characterized.The removal of trace Cr(Ⅵ)(Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2-))from aqueous solution via micellar-enhanced filtration and the effect of Cr(Ⅵ)concentration,pH and sodium chloride(NaCl)concentration on Cr(Ⅵ)removal with cationic surfactant stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(STAC)were studied.The results showed that the rejection of Cr(Ⅵ)removal by micellar-enhanced filtration for M1 was close to 100%.When the molar ratio of Cr(Ⅵ)/STAC was greater than 0.478,the rejection of Cr(Ⅵ)for M1 decreased with the increase of Cr(Ⅵ)concentration.The pH of the separation system had little effect on the rejection of Cr(Ⅵ)for M1.High feed concentration of NaCl was very harmful to the rejection of Cr(Ⅵ).It can be seen that the M1 has potential development prospects in the treatment of wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ)heavy metal ions.
