摘 要:以螺压改性双基推进剂为研究目标,系统分析国内外其在宽温范围下的热安全特性,包括单组份热安定性、双基推进剂的热安定性与化学安定剂、硝胺氧化剂及改性双基推进剂的热安定性、尺寸效应与热安定性,并对其热安定性检测技术、指标体系、典型推进剂结果及发展趋势进行了论述。指出硝化棉(NC)和硝化甘油(NG)黏合剂基体是双基和改性双基推进剂宽温下热安全薄弱点,添加硝胺氧化剂的改性双基推进剂热安定性优于双基推进剂,但是发生事故后危害程度较高;目前螺压改性双基推进剂理论可承受温度达110℃,研究其在一定的温度条件下的热安全性能及建立相应评价方法,可以满足其相应宽温工程应用要求。指出未来螺压改性双基推进剂热安全性研究的重点方向是新型绿色安定剂应用、热安全性机理和调控方法及适用于宽温的热安全指标和评价方法的建立等方面。附参考文献73篇。The screwed modified double base propellant was selected to analyze the thermal safety characteristics over a wide range of temperature,including the technical advance of the thermal safety of single component,double base propellants and chemical stabilizers,nitramine oxidizers and modified double base propellants worldwide.The thermal stability testing methods,index system,typical propellants and development trend were also discussed.It can be shown that the binder matrix of NC and NG is the weak point of thermal safety of double base and modified double base propellants under wide temperature ranges.The thermal stability of modified double base propellant with nitramine oxidant is better than that of double base propellant,while it is more harmful in the accident.At present,the theoretically tolerable temperature of screwed modified double base propellant can be up to 110℃.Thus,the investigation of thermal safety performance of the screwed modified double base propellants at a certain temperature and the establishment of corresponding evaluation methods could meet the related wide temperature engineering application requirements.The key development directions of thermal safety of the screwed modified double base propellants in the future are the application of new green stablizers,the thermal safety mechanism and control method,and the establishment of thermal safety indexes and evaluation methods suitable for wide temperature ranges.73 References were attached.
