摘 要:试样用硫酸分解,加入钼酸铵与硅酸生成黄色硅钼杂多酸,加入草硫混酸络合铁并破坏磷、砷等与钼酸铵形成的杂多酸,一定时间内加入硫酸亚铁铵还原生成硅钼蓝,于分光光度计810 nm处测量吸光值,根据工作曲线计算硅的含量。开展硅钼蓝光度法测定电解锰中硅含量的分析条件、精密度试验及加标回收率试验。试验结果表明:该方法检出限低,精密度良好,回收率高且仪器检测分析快速、操作简便、结果准确,适用电解锰中硅含量的测定。In the sulfuric acid decomposition,if adding ammonium molybdate and generate silicate yellow silicon molybdenum heteropoly acid,what’smore,if adding sulfur grass mixed acid complexing iron and destroy phosphorus and arsenic heteropoly acid and ammonium molybdate formed,such as adding ammonium ferrous sulfate reduction within a certain time to generate silicon molybdenum blue,in 810 nm spectrophotometer measured absorbance value,we can see the content of silicon calculated by the working curve.The analytical condition,precision and recovery test with standard were carried out for the determination of silicon content in electrolytic manganese by silicon molybdenum blue photometry.The test results show that the method has low detection limit in good precision,high recovery in rapid instrument detection and analysis.We think it is of simple operation,accurate results,suitable for the determination of silicon content in electrolytic manganese metal.
