摘  要:目的建立一种简单、快速、准确的原子荧光法测定尿中汞含量的方法,利用汞污染清洗剂,有效消除管道汞污染。方法取2.50 ml尿样于比色管中,加入2.50 ml盐酸溶解15 min后,用原子荧光法测定汞含量。结果在优化条件下,检测线性范围为0.00~2.00μg/L,r=0.999 8;变异系数RSD为0.90%;加标回收率为98.10%~100.90%;最低检出限0.20μg/L。结论该法可快速、准确地测定尿中汞含量,操作极为方便。Objective To develop a simple, rapid and accurate method to determinate the urinary mercury by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Mercury pollution can be effectively eliminated by using mercury pollution cleaning agent. Methods Take the urine 2.5 ml into the colorimetric tube, add 2.5 ml hydrochloric acid to dissolve the sample, mercury content was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after 15 min. Results Under the optimized conditions, the liner range was 0-2.00 μg/L(r=0.999 8);the RSD was 0.90%;the recovery range was 98.10%-100.90%;the detection limit was 0.20 μg/L. Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate to determinate the urinary mercury, and the operation is extremely convenient.
