摘　　要：妇女体质特点多虚多瘀,多为虚实夹杂,以气血亏虚为本,血瘀为实。因此,治疗女性经带胎产杂病时,应在辨证治疗的基础上,从虚瘀入手,扶正与祛瘀同用,仔细辨别血瘀证的轻重主次,选用活血化瘀药,提高临床疗效。Women’s physical characteristics are more deficiency and more stasis,mostly mixed with deficiency and excess,based on deficiency of qi and blood,and stasis as the real.Therefore,in the treatment of female emmeniopathy,vaginal discharge diseases,etu procreation and miscellaneous diseases,on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,we start from the deficiency and blood stasis,combine to strengthen body resistance and remove blood stasis,carefully distinguish the severity of primary and secondary blood stasis syndrome,select blood circulation drugs to improve clinical efficacy.
