摘　　要：文章从南疆三地州城镇少数民族群众的语言使用、语言能力、语言态度及国家通用语普及状况等方面入手,对其现状进行调研,从社会语言学和语言心理学的角度针对存在的问题提出相应建议,以期为构建和谐语言生态,提高国家通用语普及程度做一些有益探索。The paper analyzes the language use,language ability,language attitude and the popularization of national common language of the minority people in the three prefectures of southern Xinjiang.It makes a survey on the current situation,and puts forward some targeted suggestions from the perspective of sociolinguistics and linguistic psychology,in order to build a harmonious language ecology and improve the popularization of national common language.
