摘 要:根据现场采集数据及完工测量图,技术人员对一线天水电站工程的坝顶溢洪道溢流能力进行复核。结果发现,施工单位未按施工图纸进行施工,导致溢洪道泄流能力不满足设计要求。原设计溢流堰为WES(美国陆军工程兵团水道试验站)实用堰,实际建设的为折线形堰。设计人员综合考虑加高坝顶方案、加宽溢洪道方案、改造溢流堰面曲线以及放空底孔联合泄洪等方案,经优化比选,最终确定采用放空底孔联合泄洪方案。分析成果表明,放空底孔联合泄洪可以避免因坝顶及溢洪道改造带来的经济损失,同时避免坝体结构的整体受到破坏;底孔联合泄洪后,下泄流量满足所需下泄洪水要求,设计方案具有较高的技术可行性和经济合理性。Based on the data collected on site and the completed survey drawings,technicians reviewed the overflow capacity of the dam crest spillway of the Yixiantian Hydropower Station Project.As a result,it was found that the construction unit did not carry out the construction according to the construction drawings,resulting in the spillway discharge capacity not meeting the design requirements.The original design overflow weir is a WES(Water-ways Experiment Station,US ArmyCorps)practical weir,but the actual construction is a broken line weir.The designers comprehensively considered the scheme of heightening the dam crest,widening the spillway,reforming the overflow weir surface curve,and venting the bottom vent joint flood discharge plan,and finally decided to adopt the vent bottom vent joint flood discharging plan after optimization and selection.The analysis results show that the joint flood discharge by emptying the bottom hole can avoid the economic loss caused by the reconstruction of the dam crest and the spillway,and at the same time avoid the damage of the dam structure as a whole;after the bottom hole is combined to discharge the flood,the discharge flow meets the required discharge flood requirements,and the design scheme has high technical feasibility and economic rationality.
