摘 要:目的了解北京市心理咨询专职人员职业状况,为心理咨询行业的规范化和职业化发展提供参考。方法采用方便抽样方法获得107家心理咨询机构,使用自制调查问卷对招募到的心理咨询专职人员进行调查。结果调查心理咨询专职人员318人,男性占23.6%,女性占76.4%;年龄以30~49岁年龄段为主,占69.8%;所有调查对象均为大学及以上学历;60.1%为心理学专业背景;84.6%的调查对象有心理咨询师证;在事业单位、企业和民间非营利机构从业者分别占22.0%、49.4%和28.6%;从业年限以4~6年和≥13年者居多,分别占25.5%和25.8%;43.7%的调查对象担任心理咨询培训老师;39.0%的人担任心理咨询督导老师;83.6%的人定期参加案例讨论;78.6%有专业督导;47.5%参加过个人体验;月收入≥8000元者占39.9%。在不同类别机构中从业的人员,其年龄段(χ^(2)=13.337,P=0.038)、文化程度(χ^(2)=15.918,P<0.001)、专业背景(χ^(2)=22.101,P<0.001)、从业年限(χ^(2)=15.754,P=0.046)、是否担任心理咨询培训老师(χ^(2)=7.597,P=0.022)、接受心理咨询培训种类(χ^(2)=10.911,P=0.004)、参加个人体验情况(χ^(2)=11.260,P=0.004)以及月收入水平(χ^(2)=26.563,P<0.001)间的分布差异均有统计学意义。结论心理咨询专职人员文化程度较高,而收入较低,需出台相关政策确保从业者职业的可持续发展,避免人才流失和浪费。Objective To understand the professional status of full-time psychological counseling staff in Beijing,and to provide reference for the standardization and professional development of psychological counseling industry.Methods Convenience sampling were used to obtain 107 counseling agencies,and self-made questionnaire was used to survey the recruited counseling professionals.Results 318 full-time psychological counseling practitioners were surveyed,with 23.6%men and 76.4%women;most of them were 30-49 years old,accounting for 69.8%;all the respondents were university degree or above;60.1%of them had psychology background;84.6%of them had psychological consultant certificate;22.0%,49.4%and 28.6%of them were in public institutions,enterprises and non-profit organizations respectively;25.5%and 25.8%of them worked for 4-6 years and 13 years or more respectively;43.7%of them served as psychological counseling training teachers;39.0%served as psychological counseling supervision teachers;83.6%regularly participated in case discussion;78.6%had professional supervision;47.5%had participated in personal experience;39.9%had monthly income≥8000 yuan.There were significant differences in age(χ^(2)=13.337,P=0.038),education level(χ^(2)=15.918,P<0.001),professional background(χ^(2)=22.101,P<0.001),years of employment(χ^(2)=15.754,P=0.046),teachers of psychological counseling(χ^(2)=7.597,P=0.022),types of psychological counseling training(χ^(2)=10.911,P=0.004),personal experience(χ^(2)=11.260,P=0.004)and monthly income(χ^(2)=26.563,P<0.001)among employees in different types of institutions.Conclusions Professional psychological counseling personnel have higher education level and lower income.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce relevant policies to ensure the sustainable development of the profession and avoid brain drain and waste.
