摘 要:目的研究新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情防控期间北京市餐饮服务人员诺如病毒隐性感染状况以及餐饮单位环境中诺如病毒的污染状况,为进一步开展诺如病毒防控提供科学依据。方法2020年7-9月,采用横断面调查方法,在北京市16个区选择餐饮服务单位,采集厨工人员样本及重点区域环境样本,利用荧光定量PCR方法进行诺如病毒核酸检测。采用描述性方法分析厨工隐性感染情况以及环境中诺如病毒污染状况。结果共采集北京市餐饮服务单位人员及环境样本1 020件,其中厨工样本340件,环境涂抹样本680件,共检出1件厨工肛拭子样本为GⅡ组诺如病毒核酸阳性,餐饮服务单位工作人员诺如病毒隐性感染率为0.29%(95%CI:0~0.87%),餐饮服务单位环境样本中未检出诺如病毒污染。结论 COVID-19疫情防控期间,北京市食品经营单位厨工中存在诺如病毒隐性感染,感染率较低。Objective To study the prevalence of Norovirus among food service provider and the contamination status of the environment with Norovirus in food establishments in Beijing during the COVID-19 epidemic. To provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of Norovirus. Methods From July to September 2020,a cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect person specimens and environmental specimens from food service in 16 districts of Beijing. Norovirus nucleic acid was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. The descriptive method was used to analyze the asymptomatic infection of people and the contamination status of Norovirus in the environment. Results A total of 1 020 samples were collected from food service establishments in Beijing,including 340 samples from food service provider and 680 samples from environment,a total of 1 sample of food service provider was detected as positive for Group Ⅱ norovirus nucleic acid. The asymptomatic infection rate in food service provider of Norovirus was 0. 29%( 95%CI: 0 ~ 0. 87%),and no norovirus was detected in environment samples.Conclusions During the COVID-19 epidemic,there was norovirus asymptomatic infection among food service provider in Beijing,but the infection rate was low.
