摘 要:目的:研究体育锻炼与特质正念的关系,为通过体育锻炼提升大学生正念素养提供依据。方法:使用体育活动等级量表、正念注意与觉知量表对270名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)大学生体育锻炼对特质正念具有显著影响;(2)大学生特质正念的运动处方特征为;每周3—5次、每次60分钟以上、中等强度、竞争性、集体性的体育锻炼;(3)运动频率、竞争性、集体性是影响特质正念效应的主要锻炼因素,它们能共同解释特质正念9.4%的变异量;(4)体育锻炼是提升大学生正念水平的有效手段。Objective:To study the relationship between physical exercise and trait mindfulness,so as to provide basis for improving college students'mindfulness quality through physical exercise.Methods:270 college students were measured with physical activity rating scale and mindfulness attention and awareness scale.Results:(1)college students'physical exercise has a significant impact on trait mindfulness;(2)the characteristics of exercise prescription of trait mindfulness are:physical exercise of more than 60 minutes,3-5 times a week,with moderate intensity,competition and collectivity;(3)exercise frequency,competitiveness and collectivity are the main exercise factors affecting the effect of trait mindfulness,which can jointly explain 9.4%of the total variation.(4)Physical exercise is an effective means to improve the mindfulness level of college students.
