摘 要:利用苏玛罐采样、GC-MSD/FID分析方法,对关中区域某典型焦化企业主要VOCs排放工段进行特征分析。结果显示:炼焦企业主要VOCs有组织排放源焦炉烟囱、粗苯管式加热炉及地面站排气筒,平均排放质量浓度分别为115.40,98.60,37.50 mg/m^(3);无组织排放源罐区、焦炉炉顶平均质量浓度分别为2.17,2.21 mg/m^(3)。据此核算出产能100万t/a的炼焦企业VOCs(以NMHC计)排放量平均为702.58 t/a。排放特征焦炉烟囱以烯烃为主,其他排放源以芳香烃为主。MIR法和FAC法对各点位废气中O_3及有机二次气溶胶生成潜势、环境影响结果显示,焦炉烟囱对环境影响远高于其他环节,烯烃和芳香烃是其反应活性物质,焦炉烟囱、地面站、焦炉、储罐区等是炼焦行业VOCs管控重点。The characteristics of main VOCs emission section of a typical coking enterprise in Guanzhong area were analyzed Used Summa canisters and analyzed by GC-MSD/FID method.The results showed that The main organic emission sources of VOCs from Coke Oven chimneys,crude Benzol tube heaters and exhaust cylinders of ground stations were 115.40,98.60,and 37.5 mg/m^(3) respectively.The average mass concentrations in the unorganized emission source tank area and the top of the coke oven were 2.17 and 2.21 mg/m^(3),respectively.Therefore,the total VOCs(NMHC)emissions from one coking enterprise at 100 million tons capacity were 702.58 tons annually(t/a).The emission characteristics of coke oven chimneys are mainly olefins and other emission sources are mainly aromatic hydrocarbons.The results of Mir and FAC methods on the formation potential of ozone and Organic Secondary Aerosol and their environmental effects show that the influence of Coke Oven Chimney on environment is much higher than other links,olefins and aromatics are its reactive substances,Coke Oven Chimney,ground station,Coke Oven and storage tank area are the key points of VOCs management and control in coking industry.
