摘  要:Mini LED封装技术与P1.0左右微间距像素LED显示屏模组技术的快速发展,显著推动了Mini LED显示屏户内商业化应用。LED封装膜片外观黑度与颜色一致性对LED显示屏显示对比度与外观墨色一致性有着重要影响。本文主要通过工艺改善提升LED封装膜片的黑度,用分光色度仪定量评价LED封装膜片内色差和片间色差,研究定量提升LED封装膜片外观黑度与Mini LED显示屏墨色一致性的封装技术并应用于产业化。The rapid development of both Mini LED package technology and about 1.0-pixel LED display screen technology has significantly promoted the indoor commercial application of Mini LED display.The appearance blackness and color consistency of LED package module have an important influence on the appeared black color consistency and contrast of LED display screen respectively.This paper is mainly studied to improve the blackness of LED package module through process improvement,quantitatively evaluates the color difference for the LED package film and between films with the Spectrophotometer Color Meter,studies the package technology to quantitatively improve the appeared blackness of LED package film and the black color consistency of Mini LED display screen,and applies it to industrialization.
