摘 要:民用客机的舷窗设计是一个需要考虑多种制约因素的系统工程。相对于结构等硬约束,舷窗的舒适性评估一直是业内的焦点。通过选取合理的人体尺寸、座椅尺寸、视野范围设计舷窗尺寸和位置,使乘客在垂直平面和水平面均有较舒适的外部视角。在CAVE沉浸式虚拟现实显示系统中,对乘客通过舷窗观察机身外部时的视野效果进行舒适性评估,获取观察者对不同舷窗模型的主观舒适性评价并开展对比分析,以获得最佳舒适度的客舱舷窗设计特征。该设计和验证方法对民机舷窗的人因设计及舒适性验证有较高的参考价值。The design of civil aircraft portholes is a system engineering which requires consideration of multiple constraints.The comfort verification of portholes,relative to hard constraints such as structure,has been the focus of the industry.Designing the size and position of the portholes by selecting reasonable human dimension,seat size,and visual field provides passengers with a comfortable external view in both the vertical and horizontal planes.In Cave Automatic Virtual Environment,the visual comfort was verificated when passenger viewing the exterior of the fuselage through the porthole,subjective comfort evaluations were obtained of different models from test participants and comparative analyses were conducted,to achieve the cabin porthole design features with optimum comfort.This design and verification method has a high reference value for human factor design and comfort verification of civil aircraft porthole.
