街区型商业照明管控方案研究

摘　　要：为确保街区型商业项目的照明效果,本文根据多个项目的实地调研成果和建设管控经验,总结出影响照明品质的七类典型问题,从技术和管理两个维度,有针对性地提出进行照明模拟计算等五种管控方案,通过大量应用案例证明,该方案可有效解决上述问题,为街区型商业项目照明品质的提升指明了方向。In order to ensure the lighting effect of block-type commercial building,this paper summarizes seven typical problems affecting lighting quality based on local investigation reports and construction management experiences.From the technical and management perspectives,five management solutions including lighting simulation have been proposed.Demonstrating by many application cases,these solutions can solve above problems effectively and help to improve the lighting quality of block-type commercial building.
