新规则视角下空手道比赛摔法技术运用特征及训练对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、视频分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对新规则视角下空手道比赛中摔法技术的运用情况进行统计分析,总结空手道比赛摔法技术的运用特征,探讨摔法技术的未来发展趋势,并为我国空手道运动员摔法技术训练提出对策建议,以期提高我国空手道运动员摔法技术训练的科学化水平。结果表明:新规则视角下,世界空手道运动员比赛中使用摔法技术的次数有所增加,但相对拳法和腿法技术来说,还存在一定的差距。摔法技术是夺取比赛胜利的重要手段,比赛中若以摔法技术为特长,必能制约对手拳腿技术的发挥,且给对手心理上造成威慑。建议:加强我国运动员摔法技术的训练,尤其是女子组手运动员,应以摔法技术为特色,配合拳腿拼打技术,从技术训练、战术训练、心智训练和体能训练四个维度入手,抢先走在世界各国空手道对摔法技术训练重视之前,提高我国运动员摔法技术和拳腿拼打技术的组合运用能力,形成具有中国特色的“长击短打贴身摔”的技术风格,以期在国际大赛中取得优异的比赛成绩,实现为国争光的目标任务。Using literature,video analysis,and mathematical statistics,analyze the application of karate techniques from the perspective of new rules summarizes the characteristics of karate technique,discuss the future development trend of wrestling technique,and propose suggestions for technical training to improve the scientific level of technical training of karate athletes.The results showed that under the perspective of the new rules,the number of wrestling techniques used in the world karate athletes competitions has increased,but there is still some gap between boxing and leg method techniques.Wrest technique is an essential means to win the competition.If the wrestling technique is used as the specialty,it will restrict the play of the opponent's fist and leg technique and cause a psychological deterrent to the opponent.Suggestions:strengthen the training of Chinese athletes wrestling technology,especially women's group athletes,should feature,with boxing wrestling technology,from the technical training,tactical training,mental training and physical training,first in the world karate to fall before attaching importance to technical training,improve the combination of athletes wrestling technology and boxing technology ability,the formation of"long hit shortfall"technical style with Chinese characteristics,in order to achieve excellent results in the international competition,achieve the goal of winning glory for the country.
