老年游泳参与者休闲满意度与运动承诺的关系研究

摘　　要：在我国人口老龄化日益严峻的背景下,休闲体育参与成为应对老龄化的重要选择之一。为探究老年游泳参与者休闲满意度和运动承诺的关系,对297名老年游泳参与者进行问卷调查。结果显示,老年游泳参与者的休闲满意度和运动承诺在部分人口统计学变量上存在差异,休闲满意度和运动承诺之间存在相互的正向预测作用。高运动承诺的老年游泳参与者能体会到更高的休闲满意度,休闲满意度的提升有助于老年游泳参与者的运动承诺水平的提高。建议社区、政府与相关组织积极改善休闲体育活动的环境和设施,提高老年人的休闲满意度,引导更多老年人坚持参与休闲体育活动,促进积极老龄化。In the aging population,participation in leisure sports has become one of the essential choices to deal with aging.In order to explore the relationship between leisure satisfaction and sports commitment of elderly swimming participants,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 297 elderly swimming participants.The results show that leisure satisfaction and sports commitment are different in some demographic variables,and there is a positive correlation between them.Elderly swimmers with high sports commitment could experience higher leisure satisfaction,and the improvement of leisure satisfaction would help the elderly swimmers to improve their level of sports commitment.This research recommended that the community,government,and organizations improve the environment and facilities for leisure sports activities,increase the leisure satisfaction of the elderly,guide more seniors to insist on leisure sports activities,and promote active aging.
