摘 要:以高校“体教融合”为背景,考察高校学生运动员的心理疲劳在不同运动项目中表现形式。研究采用专家访谈法和问卷调查法作为研究方法,以浙江省高校169名校队运动员为研究对象,在项群理论的基础上,调查不同项群运动训练对大学生运动员心理疲劳产生的影响。调查结果表明:①高校运动员存在运动性心理疲劳问题。②在成就感下降和运动负评价2个维度上,体能主导类项目在问卷上的得分高于技能主导类项目;在情绪(体力)耗竭这一维度上,技能主导类项目的得分更高。研究基于目前高校学生运动员中存在的心理疲劳问题,从“体教融合”的竞技人才培养视角,进行了相关应对的讨论。Based on the"integration of sports and education"in Colleges and universities,this paper investigates the manifestation of psychological fatigue of college student athletes in different sports.The research adopts an expert interview method and questionnaire survey method as the research method.With 169 athletes from various colleges and universities in Zhejiang as the research objects,the study investigates the impact of different sports training on the mental fatigue of ordinary college athletes based on event group theory.The results of the survey show:①College athletes have sports mental fatigue.②In the two dimensions of reduced sense of accomplishment and negative sports evaluation,the scores of the physical-oriented items on the questionnaire are higher than those of the skill-oriented items;in the dimension of emotional(physical)exhaustion,the skill-led items Score higher.Based on the existence issues of psychological fatigue in student athletes,the discussion focuses on the relevant countermeasures from the perspective of"integration of sports and education."
