摘　　要：我国旅游产业的高速增长带动了川藏地区旅游行业的发展,但人才流失率较大、专业就业率较低、人才引进较困难等问题仍是制约川藏地区旅游行业人力资源供需两侧平衡发展的主要原因。文章通过对川藏地区旅游产业人力资源现状进行分析,在此基础上分别从人力资源供需两侧进行问题分析,最后针对地区高校、政府、专业学生以及旅游企业提出川藏地区旅游产业人力资源发展问题的对策建议,以期为川藏地区旅游产业人力资源发展提供理论支持。The rapid growth of China's tourism industry has led to the development of the tourism industry in Sichuan and Tibet,but there are still factors restricting the balanced development of supply and demand in terms of human resources in this region:high brain drain rate,low professional employment rate,and difficulty in recruiting talents.Based on the analysis of the current situation of human resources of tourism industry therein,this paper analyzes the problem from the supply and demand sides of human resources before putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for the parties concerned.It aims to provide theoretical support for the development of tourism human resources in Sichuan and Tibet.
