基于比价的铁路货运一口价策略研究

摘　　要：针对铁路货运一口价策略存在的问题,结合铁路实行的承运清算模式,分析承运企业扣除应付给参与运输的其它铁路企业费用,得出运输盈余的计算方式。通过及时采集其它竞争方式运输价格信息,并对价格信息进行加工及分析,构建运输价格信息库。引入公路运价作为比照,承运企业可根据盈余情况制定运价上浮或下浮策略。通过铁路货运价格应用直接检索运输价格信息库,简化一口价策略制定过程,快速制定铁路货运一口价策略,及时响应市场变化,从而增强铁路货运竞争力。Aiming at the existing problems of the railway freight competitive fixed prices strategy,this paper combined with the implementation of the railway carrier liquidation mode,analyzed the carrier enterprise deducting the fees payable to other railway enterprises participating in the transportation,and obtained the calculation method of the transportation surplus.By collecting the transportation price information of other competitive modes in time,processing and analyzing the price information,the transportation price information database was constructed.The carrier enterprise could formulate the strategy of freight rate floating up or down according to the surplus situation by introducing the highway freight rate as a comparison,directly retrieve the transportation price information database,simplify the process of formulating competitive fixed prices strategy,quickly formulate the competitive fixed prices strategy of railway freight,and timely respond to market changes,so as to enhance the competitiveness of railway freight.
