摘 要:容量超负荷在血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)患者中普遍存在,与心血管并发症、住院率、住院费用和病死率升高密切相关,是与预后相关的重要的独立危险因素。评估容量状态的新技术包括血容量监测、肺部超声检查、生物电阻抗、血流校正时间等,可为临床医生评估HD患者容量状态提供更客观、高效的手段,有利于帮助患者达到理想的容量平衡状态并能改善预后。Volume overload is widespread in the hemodialysis(HD)patients,which is closely related to cardiovascular complications,hospitalization rates,hospitalization costs,and mortality.Meanwhile it is an important independent prognostic risk factor.Some new technologies for volume assessment have made some progress and are gradually applied in clinical practice,such as blood volume monitoring,lung ultrasound examination,bioelectrical impedance analysis,and corrected flow time.The new technologies can provide clinicians more objective and efficient methods for assessing the volume status of the HD patients,which is beneficial to the HD patients because they can achieve an ideal volume balance and improve the prognosis.
