摘 要:含铜蚀刻废液的处理一直是印刷线路板(PCB)企业面临的较大的问题,主流工艺均采用从含铜蚀刻废液中制备精细铜化合物的工艺,从中回收有价值的铜。但回收完铜以后的废水中仍有大量氯离子,需进行后续处理才能符合国家排放标准。在近期的一个新建项目中,我们采用三效蒸发协同工艺处理含铜蚀刻废液,处理后的水可用于生产回用,从而实现零排放,因此具有良好的应用前景。从工艺、设备、管道等方面对利用三效蒸发协同工艺对含铜蚀刻废液处理的技术进行研究。The treatment of copper-containing etching waste liquid has always been a major issue faced by printed circuit board(PCB)enterprises.The mainstream process adopts the process of preparing fine copper compounds from copper-containing etching waste liquid to recover valuable copper.However,it should be noted that there is a remarkably high amount of chloride anions in the wastewater after copper recovery,demanding further treatment for the reclamation of wastewater to meet the national discharge standards.Tri-effect evaporation collaborative process was used for copper-containing etching waste liquid treatment in a recent new project.The treated water could be used for production reuse to achieve zero discharge.Consequently,it has good application prospects.From the aspects of process,equipment and pipeline,the treatment technology of copper containing etching wastewater by three-effect evaporation collaborative process was studied.
