摘　　要：根据排放绩效理论,以钢铁企业主要生产工段的有组织及无组织排放量为污染物排放总量,分别计算吨钢或吨单位合格产品的绩效值,对比超低排放改造前后绩效值评估取得的效果,对标钢铁行业清洁生产评价指标体系进行挖潜,排放绩效具有效果评估及精准改造的双重作用。According to the emission performance theory,the organized and unorganized emissions of the main production sections of the steel enterprises are the total pollutant emissions,which are used as calculate the performance values of per ton steel or per ton qualified products respectively.Comparing the results of the performance evaluation before and after the ultra-low emission transformation,tapping the potential by benchmarking the clean production evaluation index system of steel industry,the emission performance has the dual role of effect evaluation and precise transformation.
