摘  要:介绍了LP钢板(纵向变厚度钢板Longitudinally Profiled steel plate)国内外研发、生产、行业应用、标准制定及相关理论研究方面的现状。借鉴直缝埋弧焊管生产线工艺流程及装备技术,试验生产了LP钢板风电塔筒,从加工路线、工艺参数、装备选择、生产过程控制等方面,进行了系统性研究。论述了生产LP钢板风电塔筒装备与直缝埋弧焊管生产线装备的差异,对两种成型装备进行了比较。为LP钢板风电塔筒规模化生产,提出了工艺路线、成型工段区装备改造升级、拼焊与辅连设备研发方案。This article introduces the status of research and development,manufacturing,industry application,standard formulation and related theoretical research of LP steel plate(Longitudinally Profiled Steel Plate)in China.Using the technological processes and equipment technology of longitudinal seam submerged arc welded pipe production line for reference,LP steel plate wind turbine tower is produced experimentally.The author makes the systematical research on the manufacturing processes,process parameters,equipment selection,production process control.This article describes the difference between LP steel plate wind turbine tower equipment and Longitudinal seam submerged arc welded pipe production line equipment,and compares these two kinds of forming equipment.It is also put forward for the technological processes,equipment transformation and upgrading in the forming step,and the research and development scheme of butt-welding and auxiliary equipment on the large-scale production of LP steel plate wind turbine tower.
