摘  要:由于传统重金属离子检测方法依赖于大型仪器,操作繁琐且耗时费力,不适用于现场检测,针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,构思了一种简洁式重金属离子检测盒,基于3D打印技术对设计构思进行了样品验证,针对样品验证的问题,对重金属离子检测盒进行了结构改进与产品制作,可抛开机械制造技术的限制,可缩短产品研发与制造周期,降低产品研发与制造成本。实践证明,其具有速度快、灵敏可靠、容易操作、经济合理等优点,不需要专业人才进行操作,一般老百姓就能随时随地的对食品中所含的重金属离子进行初步检测,保证了食品安全。Because the traditional heavy metal ion detection method relies on large-scale instruments,the operation is cumbersome and time-consuming,and it is not suitable for on-site detection.Aiming at the defects in the existing technology,a simple heavy metal ion detection box has been conceived.The design concept has been verified by samples on the basis of 3D printing technology.In response to the problem of sample verification,the structure improvement and product manufacture of the heavy metal ion detection box have been conducted.The limitations of mechanical manufacturing technology has been put aside.The product development and manufacturing cycle and cost have been shortened.The practice proves that it has the advantages of high speed,sensitivity,reliability,easy operation,and reasonable economy.It does not require professional personnel to operate it,and ordinary people can conduct preliminary detection of heavy metal ions in food anytime and anywhere,which ensures food safety.
