益气化瘀法对子宫内膜异位症痛经及伴随症状的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气化瘀法治疗气虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经及伴随症状的临床疗效。方法:纳入气虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经患者50例,随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例。治疗组给予益气化瘀中药治疗,对照组给予妈富隆口服,两组均治疗3个月经周期。比较患者治疗前后痛经症状评分、总体疗效、伴随症状变化、证候症状变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的痛经症状评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);两组在改善患者痛经症状的总体疗效相当(P>0.05);两组患者的肛门坠胀症状均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗组患者慢性盆腔痛症状、血瘀症状较治疗前改善(P<0.05),对照组较治疗前无明显改善(P>0.05);两组患者的气虚症状均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀法能有效缓解内异症患者的痛经症状,与妈富隆疗效相当,并能改善患者气虚和血瘀证候,改善患者肛门坠胀、慢性盆腔疼痛伴随症状,为气虚血瘀型内异症痛经患者提供优化的治疗方法。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the method of replenishing qi and removing blood stasis in treating dysmenorrhea and accompanying symptoms of endometriosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Method:Fifty patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into a treatment group of 25 cases and a control group of 25 cases.The treatment group was given Chinese medicine for replenishing qi and removing blood stasis,and the control group was given Marvelon orally.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Compare the patient's dysmenorrhea symptom score,overall curative effect,accompanying symptom changes,and syndrome changes before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the overall efficacy of the two groups in improving patients'dysmenorrhea symptoms was similar(P>0.05);The symptoms of anal swelling in both groups were improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05);The symptoms of chronic pelvic pain and blood stasis in the treatment group were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the control group had no significant improvement compared with before treatment(P>0.05);The symptoms of Qi deficiency in the two groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of replenishing qi and removing blood stasis can effectively relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients with endometriosis,which is equivalent to that of Marvelon,and can improve patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,improve patients with anal bulge,chronic pelvic pain associated symptoms,for qi deficiency and blood stasis type endometriosis dysmenorrhea patients to provide optimal treatment.
