摘 要:主要针对三轴数字雕刻机阵列加工板材的路径优化技术进行研究,描述了传统加工工序流程和缺陷。路径优化的目的是自动生成比人工经验路径更优的路径。为此建立3个典型音箱零件模型和对应的NC文件,通过软件实现对NC文件的读取和对路径进行分析,分析NC文件中路径空行、进刀、加工、重复路径等时间消耗比例,实现对路径总体优劣的评价。在评价的基础上,以一个可行解作为起点,对NC文件进行后处理,通过优化方法找出更优的路径,依照加工方法规则输出新路径。优化的路径符合传统生产模式,可以方便升级使用。通过测试得出,优化后的路径在加工效率方面有提升。The path optimization technology of the three-axis digital engraving machine array processing plate was studied,the traditional processing flows and defects were described.The purpose of path optimization was to automatically generate better quality paths than manual experience paths.Based on the three models of a typical loudspeaker box and corresponding NC files were established,reading NC files and analyzing the path was realized by using the software.By analyzing the time consumption ratio of the path blank line,feeding,machining,and repeated path in the NC file,the overall quality of the path was evaluated.Based on the evaluation,the NC file was postprocessed based on a feasible solution as the starting point.A better path was found through the optimization method,and a new path was output according to the rules of the processing method.The optimized path is in line with the traditional production mode,and it can be easily upgrading.According to the test results,the optimized path has been improved in terms of processing efficiency.
