摘 要:以由两位两通插装阀组合得到的二位四通换向阀为研究对象,分析其阀芯受力状况及流量特性,构建相应的数学模型。基于AMESim液压设计软件中液压元件设计库建立了换向阀的仿真模型,比较分析插装式换向阀与普通换向阀的换向特性曲线,验证仿真模型的可靠性。在此基础上,研究插装阀弹簧刚度及阻尼系数对阀口开度及换向过程动态性能的影响。研究结果表明:稳态液动力导致插装阀开启后流量发生波动,通过对弹簧刚度和阻尼系数的合理设计可以有效缩短换向时间并减缓流量波动,提升插装式换向阀的工作性能。With the four way reversing valve combined with cartridge valve as the research object,the theoretical analysis of the reversing control process was carried out and the mathematical model was established for the main component cartridge valve.The simulation model of the reversing valve was modeled based on HCD library in AMESim.The rationality of the simulation model was verified by comparing the reversing cartridge valve with the normal reversing valve.Based on this,the effects of the spring stiffness and damping coefficients on the opening of the cartridge valves and the dynamic performance of the commutation process were studied.The results show that the steadystate flow force causes the flow fluctuation after the cartridge valve is opened,and adjusting the spring stiffness and damping coefficient can reduce the reversing time and smooth flow fluctuations.
