摘 要:为解决断层构造带巷道围岩控制难题,以下霍煤矿1306工作面运输巷为工程背景,分析了断层区域巷道围岩变形破坏原因,认为围岩整体性破碎、构造水平应力以及正断层结构导致的垂直集中应力是巷道大变形的主要因素。基于此,设计了断层构造带联合支护技术,采用锚网索+单体+π型钢梁联合支护,现场应用结果证明了支护技术的合理性和可靠性。In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock control of roadway in fault structural zone,taking the transportation roadway of the 1306 working face in Xiahuo Coal Mine as the engineering background,the paper analyzes the causes of deformation and failure of surrounding rock in fault area,and considers that the main factors of large deformation of roadway are the integral fracture of surrounding rock,the structural horizontal stress and the vertical concentrated stress caused by normal fault structure.Based on this,the combined support technology of fault structural zone is designed,which adopts anchor mesh cable+single support+πtype combined support of steel beam.The field application results prove the rationality and reliability of the supporting technology.
