摘 要:电控系统的防爆改装是煤矿国三机型开发中的难点,以YTG6114DZLQFB(A)柴油机的开发为例,利用CCP协议通用标定系统建立基础控制模型,进行基础标定和台架标定,完成防爆电控系统与原机的匹配。最终试验数据表明,防爆改装后整机排放指标达国三标准,满足煤矿使用需求。The explosion-proof refitting of the electronic control system is a difficult point in the development of the third type of coal mine.Taking the development of YTG6114DZLQFB(A)diesel engine as an example,the basic control model is established by using the general calibration system of CCP protocol,the basic calibration and bench calibration are carried out,and the matching between the explosion-proof electronic control system and the original engine is completed.The final experimental data show that the emission index of the whole machine after explosion-proof modification reaches the third national standard,which meets the needs of coal mine.
