摘　　要：文章聚焦广州、深圳、东莞、佛山四市的阅读政策法规,就阅读推广规定开展比较研究,探讨阅读保障条款,分析阅读要素规定,就地方阅读政策法规制定提出建议。This paper reviews the major policies and regulations on reading promotion in Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Dongguan and Foshan,and perform a comparative study on texts of the public library rules and regulations of the four cities.Summing up the relevant experience,it proposes some suggestions for the formulation of local reading policies and regulations in other cities.
