摘　　要：标准化是公共数字文化资源整合的重要保障。文章以现有公共数字文化资源整合相关标准为基础,构建包括资源建设标准、技术标准、服务标准、管理规范和绩效指标等模块的公共数字文化资源整合标准体系框架。为保障该体系的制定和实施,应成立公共数字文化资源整合标准统一协调机构,广泛借鉴国内外标准体系建设成果,面向公共数字文化资源整合需求进行重点领域标准突破,实施公共数字文化资源整合标准体系优化维护机制。Standardization is an important guarantee for integration of public digital cultural resources.Based on the existing standards,this paper establishes a standard system for the integration of public digital cultural resources,covering the standards of resources development,technology,service,management norms and performance indicators.In order to ensure the formulation and implementation of the system,it is necessary to establish a unified coordination agency,draw on the achievements of domestic and foreign standard systems,make breakthroughs in some key fields according to the needs of the integration,and implement the optimization and maintenance mechanism.
