摘　　要：女性参政既是社会经济发展的需要,更是女性权益保障的需要。文章主要探讨女性政治参与的意义和我国当前在女性政治参与方面存在的问题,在对经济、文化、政治以及女性自身几方面原因进行分析的基础上,提出完善相关法律制度、强化女性政治参与能力的培养和营造良好的女性参政的社会文化氛围等相应对策,以提高我国女性政治参与的水平。Female political participation is not only the need of social and economic development,but also the need to protect women’s rights.This paper mainly discusses the significance of female political par-ticipation and the existing problems of female political participation in Chi na,analyses the constraints of economy,culture,politics,and problems of women themselves,puts forward corresponding countermea-sures to improve the relevant legal system,strengthen the cultivation of women’s political participation abili-ty,and create a good social and cultural atmosphere for women to participate in politics,so as to improve the level of female political participation in China.
