摘　　要：近代著名军事家、外交家吴禄贞,在1907至1910年间一直致力于图们江边防事务。他详细调查了图们江北的地理和主权历史,为清外务部与日本交涉延吉界务问题提供了关键依据。针对当时图们江边境面临的危险形势,他提出明确的应急方案,建立起行之有效的军警民联防机制。在与日本“临时间岛派出所”的斗争中,他果断沉着,对维护延边地区的领土和行政主权作出了重要贡献。Wu Luzhen,a famous modern military strategist and diplomat,devoted himself to the border defense affairs of Tumen River from 1907 to 1910.He investigated the geography and sovereignty history of the north area of Tumen River in detail,providing a key basis for the negotiations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qing dynasty and Japan on Yanji border issues.In view of the dangerous situation along the Tumen River at that time,Wu Luzhen proposed a clear emergency plan and established an effective joint defense mechanism consisting of military,police and civilians.In the struggle of“Temporary Jiandao Police Station”with Japan,he was resolute and calm,and made important contributions to maintaining the territori-al and administrative sovereignty of Yanbian area.
