摘  要:随着国家文化和旅游部的组建,文旅融合发展已成为时下热门话题,文化和旅游志愿服务工作深受各级党政部门的高度重视。高校学生作为文化和旅游志愿服务的主力军,在推动文旅融合发展的进程中发挥着重要作用,文化和旅游志愿服务已俨然作为一门实践课程贯穿于整个人才培养过程中。当前,以乐山师范学院组建的乐山市旅游咨询点志愿服务团队为例,通过为期8年的志愿服务工作积淀,行成了较完整的志愿服务体系,落实了“立德树人”这一根本任务,培养了学生的优秀品格,实践育人效果显著。高校文化和旅游志愿服务工作若想得以长足发展,还需要在志愿者培训、志愿者评价等方面做进一步提升思考。With the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,the integrated development of culture and tourism has become a hot topic,and the voluntary services of culture and tourism are highly valued by party and government departments at all levels.College students,as the main force of culture and tourism volunteer service,play an important role in promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism.Culture and tourism volunteer service has become a practical course throughout the whole talent training process.At present,taking the volunteer service team of Leshan Tourism consulting center set up by Leshan Normal University as an example,through 8 years of volunteer service accumulation,it has become a relatively complete volunteer service system,implementing the fundamental task of"moral education",cultivating the excellent character of students,and achieving remarkable results in practical education.In order to achieve long-term development of college culture and tourism volunteer service,further improvement should be made in volunteer training and evaluation.
