摘　　要：目的建立同时定量测定医疗美容产品中9种酰胺类局麻药(普鲁卡因胺、N-去丁基布比卡因、甲哌卡因、阿替卡因、丙胺卡因、利多卡因、罗哌卡因、地布卡因、布比卡因)的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Waters XBridge C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.50)为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱,检测波长为215 nm。结果 9种酰胺类局麻药在各自线性浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,定量限在0.62~0.80 μg·mL^(-1),检测限在0.31~0.40 μg·mL^(-1)。结论本法简便、快速、准确,为医疗美容产品中酰胺类局麻药的检测提供了有效的方法和技术。Objective To determine 9 amide local anesthetics[procainamide,N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)piperidine-2-carboxamide,meperidine,articaine,procaine,lidocaine,ropivacaine,dibucaine,bupivacaine]in medical beauty products by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods The determination was performed on Waters XBridge C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with phosphate buffer as the mobile phase A and acetonitrile as the mobile phase B in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was at 215 nm.Results The calibration curves of targets showed good linearity(r>0.99).The limit of quantification was 0.62~0.80μg·mL^(-1) and the detection limits was at 0.31~0.40μg·mL^(-1).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used to effectively determine amide local anesthetics added in medical beauty products.
