摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定骨炎消方中原儿茶酸、绿原酸、原儿茶醛、咖啡酸、表儿茶素、柚皮苷、淫羊藿苷、茴芹内酯的含量。方法采用AgilentSB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;进样量10 μL;流速0.8 mL·min^(-1);检测波长270 nm;柱温28℃。结果 原儿茶酸、绿原酸、原儿茶醛、咖啡酸、表儿茶素、柚皮苷、淫羊藿苷和茴芹内酯在各自质量浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r≥0.9993);平均加样回收率在97.4%~100.4%,RSD在0.72%~2.9%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于骨炎消方的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid,protocatechualdehyde,caffeic acid,epicatechin,naringin,icariin,and pimpinellin in Guyanxiao prescription.Methods AgilentSB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B)with gradient elution,the sample injection volume was 10μL,the volume flow was 0.8 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength was 270 nm,and the column temperature was 28℃.Results Protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid,protocatechualdehyde,caffeic acid,epicatechin,naringin,icariin and pimpinellin had good linearities within respective ranges(r≥0.9993).The average recovery was 97.4%~100.4%,and the RSD was 0.72%~2.9%.Conclusion The method is accurate,stable,and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Guyanxiao prescription.
