摘　　要：随着对心力衰竭的认识不断加深,其治疗理念也从传统的强心利尿扩血管理论发展到以阻断肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统和交感神经系统为主的神经内分泌理论。本文旨在通过介绍心力衰竭治疗理念的变化,对心力衰竭治疗新药——血管紧张素受体脑啡肽酶抑制剂进行综述。With the continuous understanding of heart failure,the treatment perspective of heart failure has also developed from raditional theory of cardiotonic,diuretic and vasodilative therapies to the neuroendocrine theory of blocking the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and the sympathetic nervous system.The article aims to expound the latest heart failure treatment drugs,angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor,through introducing the change in the treatment perspective of heart failure.
