摘　　要：黄精在中医中用于治疗消渴症,黄精多糖是其主要的化学成分和活性成分。现代药理学研究证明黄精多糖具有显著的降血糖效果,可降低糖尿病并发症发生的风险并改善其症状,保护受糖尿病并发症损伤的重要器官。而黄精多糖的含量受品种、产地、生长环境、炮制方法等因素的影响,本文对黄精多糖的含量影响因素及其抗糖尿病作用机制进行综述,为黄精多糖在抗糖尿病方面的研究和应用提供参考。Polygonati Rhizoma is a traditional Chinese medicine for diabetes.Polygonatum polysaccharide is the main chemical component and bioactive ingredient.Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that polygonatum polysaccharide may significantly decrease the blood glucose levels,prevent and treat diabetes complications,and protect vital organs.Since the polygonatum polysaccharide content is affected by its varieties,places of origin,growth environment,processing methods and other factors,this article summarizes the anti-diabetes mechanisms and influence factors of polygonatum polysaccharide to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
