摘　　要：作为机组的重要部件,定子的主要作用是产生旋转磁场。定子主要由机座、定子铁芯、线圈以及固定这些部分的附件组成。本文对丰宁抽水蓄能电站机组定子组装施工过程中的机座组装焊接、定位筋安装以及铁芯叠片等施工工序作了详细介绍。定子机座现场组合,由2瓣组成,通过定位筋与定子铁芯连接,能适应铁芯热膨胀,还能削弱定子铁芯的振动,定位筋采用新型分体式弹性鸽尾筋结构,具有减振和适应铁芯热膨胀的优点。本文总结的大型抽水蓄能电站定子组装工艺及技术控制措施,可为同类机组定子组装提供参考借鉴。The stator has a main role of generating a rotating magnetic field as an important part of the unit.The stator is mainly composed of a base,a stator core,a coil and attachments to fix these parts.The assembly and welding of the frame,the installation of the positioning bars,the lamination of the cores and other construction procedures during the stator assembly construction of Fengning Pumped Energy Storage Power Station Unit with the largest total installed capacity all over the world are introduced in details.The stator frames are combined in the field.It is composed of two valves,which is connected with the stator core through the positioning bar.It can adapt to the thermal expansion of the core and weaken the vibration of the stator core.A new split type elastic dovetail bar structure is adopted for the positioning bar.It has the advantages of vibration reduction and thermal expansion of the core.The stator assembly process and technical control measures of large pumped energy storage power stations are summarized in the paper,which can provide reference for stator assembly of similar units.
