摘  要:金陵水库除险加固工程需要新开低涵工作隧洞。考虑到供水影响,库水位无法降至新开隧洞底板高程,且无法修筑围堰。利用低涵隧洞进口山体预留岩坎挡水,待隧洞贯通及衬砌完成后,先进行岩坎背水坡爆破剥离,减少预留岩坎的厚度,再进行剩余的水下拆除爆破施工。通过采取有效的安全爆破控制技术措施,降低了施工难度,保证了施工质量,减少了工程投资,达到了预期效果。A new lowculvert working tunnel needs to be opened for the danger elimination and reinforcement project of Jinling Reservoir.The impact of water supply is considered.The water level of the reservoir cannot be reduced to the elevation of the newly opened tunnel floor.The cofferdam cannot be built.The low-culvert tunnel inlet mountain is utilized to reserve the rock ridge and block water.After the tunnel is penetrated and the lining is completed,the rock ridge back water slope is stripped by blasting firstly to reduce the thickness of the reserved rock ridge,and then the remaining underwater demolition blasting construction is carried out.The construction difficulty is reduced,the construction quality is ensured,the project investment is reduced,and the expected results are achieved by taking effective technical measures for safety blasting control.
