摘  要:水下混凝土裂缝长期处于饱水环境中,导致对其修补存在着诸多难题,因此研发一种适用于水下施工的修补材料具有重要意义。为此,采用快凝快硬硫铝酸盐水泥作为主要胶凝材料,以PAM为絮凝组分,研制了一种新型环保的水泥基水下快速修补净浆材料。以水下抗分散性和流动性为首要设计指标,初步确定了修补材料的核心组分及配比,并研究了其凝结时间、力学性能与粘结性能;采用试验室钢板插拔法来模拟混凝土裂缝,研究了修补后混凝土的力学性能;同时,借助X射线衍射(XRD)进行了微观快凝早强机理分析。结果表明:新型环保修补材料流动性较好、水下抗分散性优异、凝结时间可调、强度适中、黏结性能良好,有望用于混凝土水下裂缝的快速修补。Underwater concrete cracks are difficult to repair as they are in a saturated environment constantly.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a repair material suitable for underwater construction.To this end,a new type of environment-friendly cement-based underwater rapid repair material was developed by using rapidly solidification sulphoaluminate cement as the main cementing material and PAM as the flocculating agent.The core components and proportion of the repair material were initially determined taking underwater anti-dispersibility and fluidity as the primary design indicators,and the setting time,mechanical properties and bonding properties of the repair material were studied.In addition,the steel plate insertion method was used to imitate the concrete cracks,and the mechanical properties of the repaired concrete were studied.Meanwhile,the fast setting mechanism was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the new type of environment-friendly repair materials has good fluidity,excellent underwater anti-dispersibility,adjustable setting time,moderate strength and good bonding behavior,which is expected to applied in the rapid repairing for underwater concrete cracks.
