南通市海门区水功能区达标分析及提升措施探讨

摘　　要：本文在南通市海门区境内的22个水功能区2016—2020年水功能区达标分析的基础上,对水功能区不达标的原因进行了分析。结果表明:海门区水功能区不达标的主要原因是区域水环境承载能力薄弱、受上游来水影响、农业农村面源污染、乡镇污水处理设施薄弱等。为此,本文针对实际情况提出了新时期水功能区达标整治措施和对策,为建设“强富美高”新南通提供水资源保障。In this paper,based on the analysis of 22 water functional areas in Haimen District of Nantong City from 2016 to 2020,the reasons for the non-compliance of water functional areas were analyzed.The results show that the main causes of the substandard water function zone in Haimen District are the weak carrying capacity of regional water environment,the influence of upstream water,agricultural and rural non-point source pollution,and weak township sewage treatment facilities.Therefore,according to the actual situation,this paper puts forward the measures and countermeasures for the regulation of water function zones in the new period to provide water resources guarantee for the construction of strong,rich,beautiful and high new Nantong.
