摘 要:目的探讨现场督导教学法在非精神医学专业住院医师规范化培训精神科临床带教中的实施效果。方法2018年1月—2020年1月在浙江大学医学院附属杭州市第一人民医院精神科轮转的非精神科住院医师共59名为研究对象。按入科月份不同,根据单双月分为两组。对照组采取传统教学法,试验组实施现场督导结合联络会诊案例教学,比较两组住院医师理论考核、技能考核成绩、出科后考核成绩以及教学认可程度。结果试验组理论考核、技能考核、出科考核成绩得分均高于对照组,除了理论考核成绩外,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在学习兴趣、临床思维、临床处置能力以及医患沟通方面教学认可度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论现场督导教学法结合联络会诊案例教学能够在有限的时间内提高非精神科住院医师在精神科规范化培训的质量和效率,改善了住培学员对教学的认可度。Objective To explore the effect of on-site supervision teaching method in the psychiatric standardized training of non-psychiatric residents.Methods Totally 59 non-psychiatric residents who were rotated in the department of psychiatry,Affiliated Hangzhou First People’s Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were recruited.They were divided into two groups according to singular or even numbers months.The residents in control group were taught by the traditional teaching method,and the residents in experimental group were implemented on-site supervision teaching method combined with contact consultation case.Comparing the theoretical assessment,skill assessment results,postexamination assessment results and teaching recognition in the two groups of residents.Results The scores of theoretical assessment,skill assessment,and examination were higher in the experimental group than the control group,except the theoretical assessment results(P<0.05);the interest of learning,clinical thinking,clinical disposal ability and the scores of teaching recognition of doctor-patient communication were significantly higher in experimental group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Onsite supervision teaching method combined with contact consultation case teaching can improve the quality and efficiency of standardized training for non-psychiatric residents in psychiatric department within a limited time,improve the teaching recognition from residents.
