摘 要:目的探讨利用BOPPPS教学模式在非放射专业住院医师规范化培训中的初步应用效果。方法研究对象为2020年7—11月在我科室参加住院医师规范化培训轮转的非放射学专业学生32人作为研究对象,随机将学生分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用传统教师讲授为主的教学模式,试验组采用BOPPPS教学模式;通过理论知识考核、临床阅片技能考核以及不记名调查问卷形式对两种模式下的教学效果进行评价。结果试验组学生的理论知识成绩、临床阅片技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查问卷显示,BOPPPS教学模式有利于学员自主学习、分析解决问题和团队合作等能力的提升。结论BOPPPS教学模式可显著提非放射专业住院医师学习成绩,增强学生自信心,提升学生学习的主动性及参与性,有利于提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the preliminary application effect of using BOPPPS teaching mode in the standardized training of non-radiation professional residents.Methods 32 non-radiology students who entered our department from July 2020 to November 2020 to participate in the standardized training of resident physicians were selected as the research objects.There were divided into experimental groups and control groups randomly.The experimental group adopts BOPPPS teaching mode,The control group adopts the traditional teacher-based teaching model.The teaching effect of the two modes was evaluated through theoretical knowledge assessment,clinical image reading skills assessment and anonymous questionnaire.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and clinical skills assessment scores of the experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the questionnaire shows that the BOPPPS teaching model was conducive to the improvement of students’ability of independent learning,problem analysis and teamwork.Conclusion Application of BOPPPS teaching model for non-radiology residents can significantly improve academic performance,enhance students’self-confidence,enhance students’initiative and participation in learning,and thereby improve teaching satisfaction.
