摘 要:为解决日趋严重的频繁切换导致的感知劣化问题,研究了异频频繁切换压减策略,自主开发了切换合理性优化工具,通过导入采集自现网的切换配置参数及邻区参数作为基础数据,实现了邻区对级的异频切换门限参数合理性检查及相应修改脚本生成;可以实现全局化、系统化的对频繁切换问题优化,可节省大量的人力优化成本,初步估算相比传统人工优化效率提升了400倍左右;跨TAC区频繁切换场景:筛选现网跨TAC切换大于5000次/天的邻区,解决全网频繁跨TA切换小区7709个,调整后跨TAC切换次数由4578万次下降到1908万次,下降了58.32%;异频高乒乓场景:选全网切换次数大于5000次且乒乓切换比例大于20%的小区对2006对,优化后切换次数下降了82%,乒乓切换次数下降了94%,用户上行平均速率提升17%,下行平均速率提升了10%。In order to solve the problem of perception degradation caused by increasingly serious frequent handoff,the strategy of reducing the frequent handoff of different frequencies is studied,and the handoff rationality optimization tool is developed independently.By importing the handoff configuration parameters and neighborhood parameters collected from the existing network as the basic data,the rationality check and corresponding modification script generation for the level of neighborhood handoff threshold parameters are realized,which can realize the global The systematic optimization of frequent handovers can save a lot of manpower optimization cost,and the preliminary estimate is that the efficiency of traditional manpower optimization is increased by about 400 times;the scene of frequent handovers across TAC areas:screen the adjacent areas with more than 5000 times/day of current network cross TAC handovers,solve 7709 cells with frequent cross TA handovers across the whole network,and reduce the number of cross TAC handovers from 45.78 million to 19.08 million after adjustment In the scene of high ping-pong with different frequencies,the number of handovers for the whole network is more than 5000 and the proportion of handovers for pingpong is more than 20%.For 2006 pairs,the number of handovers after optimization is reduced by 82%,the number of handovers for ping-pong is reduced by 94%,the average rate of uplink and downlink is increased by 175 and 10%,respectively.
