摘　　要：教育是一种人与人之间精神相契合,从而传递文化的过程。高等教育作为一种培养高层次专门人才的社会活动,老师和学生是其中最重要的两个主体,二者之间的关系也是高等教育中最为基本和重要的一个组成部分。社会主义市场经济的发展以及文化传统等因素,对当下的大学师生关系产生了一定的影响。众所周知,平等和谐的师生关系有助于师生在交往的过程中实现共同发展,同时也利于优秀学习成果的产出,因此我们应当构建平等和谐的大学师生关系。首先要形成自我认同,达到自我完整,从而不再分离;其次要从伟大事物的角度去理解关注大学师生关系,构建为伟大事物所凝聚的共同体,最终助力平等和谐师生关系的构建。Education is a process in which people s spirits fit with each other,so as to transmit culture.Higher education is a social activity to cultivate high-level specialized talents.Teachers and students are the two most important subjects.The relationship between them is also the most basic and important part of higher education.However,the development of the socialist market economy,cultural traditions and other factors have a certain impact on the current university teacher-student relationship.As we all know,an equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship helps teachers and students to achieve common development in the process of communication,and also conducive to the output of excellent learning outcomes.Therefore,we should build an equal and harmonious university teacher-student relationship.Firstly,self-identity must be formed to achieve self-integrity,so as not to be separated.Secondly,it is necessary to understand and pay attention to the university teacher-student relationship from the perspective of great things,build a community of great things,and ultimately help the construction of an equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship.
